Dirty Mac @ Idle Hands Brighton Review*

After a two hour walk at Withdean Puppy Park I was desperate for something delicious and filling, and it seemed like the perfect opportunity to try Dirty Mac at Idle Hands.

A colleague recommended me a Wriggle deal* – Any topped mac n cheese and a portion of jerk chicken wings. Oh. YES! For my mac n cheese, I went for the “Mad Macs” which is fried chorizo, oozing brie and caramelised onions. Literally my dream combination.

The brie made it soooo creamy and worked so well with the caramelised onions. The chorizo gave it a little crunch and it was honestly so SO delicious. The perfect carb load after a long dog walk.

I went for the least spicy jerk wings because I’m a bit of a wimp haha. They were absolutely DEEEEElish. Tangy but not too hot, with a homemade blue cheese sauce that took the edge of the spice.

For just £7.25, you get a great amount of food with generous toppings and sauces. It’s seriously dreamy and such good value in my opinion. If you’re a fan of wings and cheese (um… who isn’t?!?!) you HAVE to try this.
